The housing market is picking up. Inventory remains low, and buyer demand is still high. Combined with low interest rates, our market continues to be competitive and listings have been selling at a fast pace.

In October our current inventory was approximately 18% less compared to the same month last year. Overall, the housing inventory is about 73% lower than prior years, pre-pandemic. There were 76 new listings coming up on the market last month, compared to 150 new listings in October last year. The median sales price is up 8% compared to the same month last year, while the number of closed sales was down 55% due to the lack of inventory.
