Monthly Market Update, April 2019!
The South Lake Tahoe housing market has been steady. The inventory of homes is currently increasing, and it should continue to increase within the next few months. With the recent changes in the Vacation Rental Rules, we are unsure of how that will affect the Housing Market this year. So far the market has been strong and it has shown no signs of decreasing activity.
