The market is still very competitive and inventory has hit an all time low. If a home is priced well, it could go pending within a few days and sometimes with multiple offers. We should continue to see a decrease in inventory as we head into the Winter months.

Our inventory is currently 60% lower compared to last year, and we had 64% more closed sales compared to the same month in 2019.
