Continued strong demand pushed the median home price to a record high in June, though the house-buying frenzy cooled slightly as supply ticked higher. Despite some cooling off, strong demand and low mortgage interest rates should still keep the housing market competitive in the months to come.

Our current inventory is approximately the same amount as it was in the same month last year. However, that's still about 60% lower than prior years, pre-pandemic. There were 102 new listings coming up on the market this month. The median sales price in July was up 40% compared to the same month last year, while the number of closed sales was down 53%

If you are a homeowner thinking about selling your home this year, it's still a great time to put your home on the market. If you'd like to have an idea of how much your home is currently worth, click here for an instant automatic valuation.
