The market is still very competitive and inventory has hit an all time low. If a home is priced well, it could go pending within a few days and sometimes with multiple offers. The housing inventory should start increasing in the next few months.
Our inventory is currently 66.5% lower compared to last year, and we had 25.5% more closed sales compared to the same month in 2019.
