The market is still very competitive and inventory has hit an all time low. If a home is priced well, it could go pending within a few days and most of the time with multiple offers. We have seen the housing inventory start to increase, but it's still not enough to catch up with the demand.

Our inventory is currently 64.5% lower compared to last year, and we had 26% more closed sales compared to the same month in 2019. Another interesting data is that we had 48% more new listings coming up on the market this month compared to the same period last year. However, our inventory still remains at an all time low, because buyer's demand is extremely high and homes are going pending as soon as they hit the market.

If you are a homeowner thinking about selling your home this year, this is a good time to put your home on the market. If you'd like to have an idea of how much your home is currently worth, click here for an instant automatic valuation.
